**Title**:Intern IT Recruiter

**Duration**: 6 month

**Stipend**: ₹5,000 - ₹8,000 + Incentives

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Support in administrative tasks related to recruitment processes.
- Learn and adapt to the company's recruitment policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance recruitment skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or pursuing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT terminology and recruitment processes preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about recruitment.
- 0-6 months of experience in recruitment or related field preferred.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
