Recruitment Intern

**Location**: Noida Sector 2

**Stipend**: ₹15,000 per month

**Duration**: 6 months (with potential for full-time conversion)

What You'll Do:
As a Recruitment Intern, you'll be an integral part of our hiring efforts, involved in every stage of the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Employer Branding**: Assist in developing and promoting MyOperator's employer brand through various channels.
- **Recruitment Strategy**: Support the team in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- **Ad-hoc Projects**: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed, gaining exposure to other facets of human resources.

- A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of **Recruitment/Talent Acquisition**.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and a team player mindset.
