Role DescriptionThis is an on-site internship opportunity for the position ofIntern – HR Recruitment & Business CoordinationatSpacelinkers Infotech Private Limited, Noida. In this role, you will actively support the hiring and business operations by sourcing and communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases. You will also assist inclient hunting and coordination, job promotions, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world hiring processes, client acquisition, and corporate coordination, helping you build a strong foundation in bothHR recruitment and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to companies, HRs, and startups to understand their hiring needs.Onboard the companies and fulfill their hiring needs.Collect and document job requirements using the internal SkillHub platform.Post and manage job openings on SkillHub, LinkedIn, and social platforms.Source candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, job groups, and referrals.Review and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.Coordinate interviews and maintain follow-up records with candidates.Support in building Spacelinkers' recruitment brand across social media.Maintain weekly reports of outreach, openings, and submissions.Who Can ApplyStudents or recent graduates from BBA, MBA (HR), or related domains.Strong communication skills and interest in HR, recruitment, or business coordination.Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel, Google Sheets, and basic digital tools.Eager to learn how recruitment and talent management work in a tech-driven company.Internship Details· Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance)· Location: Noida Sector 63 (Hybrid/WFH option NOT available)· Stipend: ₹5,000–₹7,000/month + incentives per successful placement· Working Days: Monday to Saturday· Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate + Letter of RecommendationWhat You'll GainHands-on experience in real client recruitment cycles.Training on using an internal recruitment CRM (SkillHub).Direct exposure to startup HR operations and business development.Opportunity for full-time placement at Spacelinkers based on performance.How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply by sending their resume to  with the subject line:  " Intern - HR Recruitment & Business Coordination "
