**Internship Opportunity**: Recruitment Intern

**About Us**:
**Role Description**:
**Responsibilities Includes**:
**2. Recruitment Support**:

- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.

**3. Client Interaction and Support**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Assist in coordinating client meetings and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth communication and operations.

**4. Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment industry.
- Assist in competitor analysis to understand market positioning and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently enrolled in a relevant program).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for learning about the recruitment industry and a desire to contribute to its growth.

**Duration and Compensation**:
This is a 3-month internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

**Compensation**:This is paid internship with 5k - 10k a month, along with incentives. To incentivize the efforts of interns we may share 10% of their monthly billable recruitment efforts with them along-with any travel allowance reimbursement if applicable.
