Hirebulls is a leading Blue Collar Recruitment company dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Recruiter Intern to help us recruit drivers from various locations within the Delhi NCR region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit different locations within Delhi NCR to identify and recruit potential drivers.
- Collect and verify necessary documents from prospective drivers.
- Assist in organizing recruitment drives and events.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the recruitment team

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Stipend and Benefits**:

- Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000
- Travel Allowance: Provided for field recruiting activities

**Post-Internship Opportunity**:

- Successful interns will be offered a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month based on performance and assessment.
