**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **end-to-end recruitment cycle** for IT positions - sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.
- Source profiles using **job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, references, and internal database.**:

- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and reports.
- Meet **daily/weekly hiring targets** as per client requirements.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience as an **IT Recruiter** in **domestic staffing.**:

- Must have experience working with **consulting firms / recruitment agencies.**:

- Strong expertise in **IT hiring** - especially roles like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Good understanding of **IT terminologies, skills, and technologies.**:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
