**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic **Customer Support Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering the best solution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, policies, and services to assist customers accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, tech, logistics, etc.) to solve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- Meet customer satisfaction and response time KPIs.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Good listening skills and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English/Hindi
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service, or technical support is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer support platforms and help desk software.
- Basic understanding of company’s domain/industry.
