Job Roles & Requirements:

- Assist in the development, implementation, and optimisation of performance marketing

campaigns across social media channels.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and trends to enhance

campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the social media team to create compelling AD copies, and visuals that

effectively communicate our brand message and drive conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of

marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimisation, such as A/B testing, audience

segmentation, and bid adjustments, and provide recommendations based on data-driven

insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in

performance marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance

and efficiency.
- Support the team in conducting competitor analysis and market research to identify growth

opportunities and improve the client's competitive positioning.

Additional Requirements and Skills:

- Graduation/Post-Graduation in a similar field
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess creative & impactful ideas
- Extremely organised and detailed oriented
- Basic knowledge of Canva

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
