Binca Games is a fast-growing board games and toys company, expanding across categories like puzzles, arts & crafts, plushies, and STEM. With a strong presence on Amazon and other marketplaces, we are building a global brand loved by families and players alike. We are now looking for a creative Associate Marketing Manager to join our team and help us scale across India and the US.

Role Overview

As Associate Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to craft and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive online sales, and create memorable brand experiences. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets performance — from designing campaigns to managing influencers, from building Amazon storefronts to developing engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Campaigns
  • Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns for India and US markets.
  • Develop strategies to build brand equity across marketplaces, D2C, and retail.
  • Content & Creatives
  • Oversee creative content production (social media, Amazon A+ content, ad creatives, videos, reels, etc.).
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and agencies to ensure brand consistency.
  • Performance Marketing Support
  • Work with external partners/teams on Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for ROI.
  • Influencer & Community Marketing
  • Identify and manage collaborations with influencers in India and US.
  • Build an engaged community of board game enthusiasts and creators.
  • Go-to-Market Execution
  • Assist in launches of new games and product lines.
  • Manage timelines, campaigns, and cross-functional coordination for smooth execution.
  • Market Insights & Strategy
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Provide inputs for creative positioning and product-market fit.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing (consumer brands, FMCG, D2C, toys/games, or e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially Amazon, Meta, and influencer marketing.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand strategy into engaging campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • A passion for games, toys, and pop culture is a strong plus.
