This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your content creation skills and contribute to the development of engaging digital content. As a Content Creation Associate, you’ll be responsible for brainstorming, producing, and editing content for our digital platforms, including social media, blogs, etc. If you're passionate about storytelling, eager to learn, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create and write engaging video content and copy for social media and digital platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to the table for digital video content across platforms (ranging from a single post to a Content/ Brand IP).
- Conceptualize, plan, shoot and edit both short-form video content (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long form video content for YouTube and website as per the brand objectives.
- Work comfortably with tools like Canva, Adobe suite, iMovie etc.) to edit and design video content.
- Platform understanding: Leverage your deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to tailor content specifically for each channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with broader marketing strategies and campaign goals, providing creative input.
- You’ve got your finger on the pulse of social media, changing digital trends, and pop culture. You know what’s in (and what’s trying too hard to be).
- Self-starter energy. You’re proactive, independent, and bring ideas to the table instead of waiting for a brief to land.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in content creation, shooting, or editing (internships or freelance work welcome as well).
- Ability to conceptualize and script out engaging video content and social media copy (e.g., captions, short-form posts, and scripts) that aligns with brand messaging.
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Canva).
- Strong understanding of content creation tools for shooting (e.g., smartphones, cameras) and comfortable with basic filming techniques.
- A creative mindset with a passion for producing digital content that resonates with audiences, combined with a design sensibility for visual storytelling.
- Ability to conceptualize content ideas and bring them to life through both creative thinking and design execution.
- Ability to plan and organize work efficiently to meet timelines and maintain high-quality output.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
