- Key Responsibilities:
Content Development: Create high-quality digital content, including SCORM-compliant e-learning modules, instructional videos, and virtual lab simulations.
Storyboarding and Scripting: Develop detailed storyboards and scripts for digital content, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and instructional design principles.
Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit instructional videos, incorporating graphics, animations, and voiceovers as needed.
Virtual Labs: Design and develop interactive virtual lab experiences that simulate real-world scenarios and provide hands-on learning opportunities.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and testing of digital content to ensure functionality, accuracy, and user engagement.
Project Management: Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Technical Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in digital content creation and e-learning development.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content creation, with a focus on e-learning and multimedia.

**Skills**:Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
Strong video production and editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Experience with virtual lab development tools and platforms.
Excellent storytelling, scripting, and instructional design skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliance.
Knowledge of graphic design and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop).
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for interactive content development.
