**Job Opening: Content Creation and Digital Marketing Professional**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation:

- Conduct thorough research to gather information and insights relevant to our target audience and industry.
- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for the output of visually appealing and shareable multimedia content, such as infographics, videos, and images.

2. Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Assist in developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Identify target audience.
- Optimize content and campaigns for search engine optimization (SEO) and maximize organic reach.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

3. Social Media Management:

- Manage and maintain social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Develop social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase follower engagement, and promote content.
- Monitor social media trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze digital marketing metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content, campaigns, and marketing strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend new strategies and tactics to achieve marketing objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills. simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic video editing and graphic design tools is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
