Job Title: Executive - E-commerce Operations (Skincare Brand)
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Executive to manage e

ability to drive efficiency and enhance the online customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
1. E-commerce Operations Management:
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory
management, and fulfillment.
- Ensure timely and accurate order delivery, addressing any logístical challenges
that arise.
2. Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain
optimal inventory levels across all online channels.
- Conduct regular audits and implement processes to minimize discrepancies
and stockouts.
3. Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline e-commerce processes and improve
operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the online
shopping experience.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including sales data, conversion
rates, and customer feedback, to drive informed decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting trends, challenges, and
recommendations.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and IT teams to ensure
cohesive execution of promotional campaigns and website updates.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as logistics providers and payment
processors, to ensure smooth operations.
6. Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Monitor customer feedback and online reviews, addressing concerns promptly
to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer journey on
the e-commerce platform.
7. Project Management:
- Lead special projects related to e-commerce initiatives, such as website
launches, system upgrades, or new product launches.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and
alignment with brand goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the beauty or
skincare industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
**Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven
decisions.
- Proficient in e-commerce software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft
Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based with flexibility for remote work options.
- Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and proactive problem-solving.
