**Role Description**

This is a full-time Ecommerce Specialist role located on-site in Karnataka, India. The e-commerce specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of online sales platforms and optimizing digital marketing efforts. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute e-commerce goals, provide reporting and analytics, and increase customer engagement and retention.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales operations and day-to-day activities on eCommerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
- Creating strategies, monitoring, analyzing,& improving business performance on the e-commerce marketplace
- Addressing and resolving customer issues, delivery issues, and concerns in a timely manner and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Listing new products on platforms like Amazon, and Flipkart including image requirements Willing to work in a start-up environment.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Product content development such as images and videos will be an advantage.
- Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industry is a plus

Pay: ₹160,104.07 - ₹350,000.00 per year
