**Job Summary**:
The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for driving growth across e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Nykaa and Nykaa Fashions and other marketplaces. This role involves channel/account management, forecasting demand, managing product catalogues, and executing promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and maximize sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Channel/Account Management**: Oversee daily tasks for specific e-commerce channels, coordinating with category and account managers to optimize presence across platforms and brand websites.
- **Demand Forecasting & Sales Performance**: Forecast and plan sales volume by channel, track demand, and analyze performance to meet growth objectives.
- **Product Management**: Oversee product selection, mix, display, pricing, and promotions for all e-commerce listings.
- **Partner Collaboration**: Work with online partners to secure favorable terms, access data insights, and leverage analytics to enhance inventory turnover, market share, and brand exposure.
- **Catalogue Management**: Coordinate with internal teams for seamless cataloguing and ensure all product listings are complete, accurate, and live across platforms.
- **Inventory Management**: Track and maintain optimal inventory levels across the website and marketplaces.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, evaluate product performance, and discover growth opportunities. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, summarizing key performance metrics and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- **Website & Catalogue Hygiene**: Ensure accurate pricing, imagery, and size charts; monitor and maintain catalogue accuracy.
- **E-commerce Strategy & Best Practices**: Contribute to the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies, continuously identifying best practices to improve site functionality and user experience.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years in e-commerce management, ideally within the apparel category.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of cataloguing and managing listings on platforms like Flipkart, Nykaa, Nykaa Fashions and other marketplaces.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in Excel, especially with functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, with the ability to draw insights from data.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills with a focus on catalog hygiene and maintaining listing accuracy.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
