Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Executive, located in Bengaluru South. The E-Commerce Executive will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including account management, sales optimization, team management, and the implementation of analytical insights. Responsibilities also include monitoring sales performance, coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth operations, and driving overall e-commerce growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and ability to derive insights from data
  • Experience in Account Management and handling client relationships
  • Sales and Sales Management skills with a track record of meeting targets
  • Team Management skills to effectively coordinate and lead teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
