Empire Foods, a division of Empire Industries Limited, is a leading importer and distributor of gourmet food products including Cheese, Seafood, Meat, and Bakery items. We source our products from around the globe and market them across India. Our clients include top five-star hotel chains, high-end restaurants, air caterers, banquet halls, and retail chains. Known for introducing unique foods to the Indian market, such as the Basa fish from South East Asia, we have an extensive distribution network spanning from Jammu & Kashmir to Kerala and from Assam and Calcutta to Mumbai, where our head office is located.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager – E-Commerce & Social Media based in Bengaluru South. The Manager will be responsible for managing the company's e-commerce platforms, developing and executing social media strategies, creating and managing online advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. Additionally, the role will involve regular coordination with other departments, overseeing content creation, and ensuring brand consistency across digital channels.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and online sales
- Proficiency in social media strategy and management
- Strong skills in online advertising and performance analysis
- Ability to coordinate with different departments and manage content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team management and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of the food industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
