Role: E-Commerce Manager Location: Bangalore Department: Revenue Employment Type: Full-Time What you’ll do: - Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Manage platform-specific sales plans and drive joint business plans (JBPs) with leading e-commerce and q-commerce partners. - Oversee daily operations including product listings, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and platform offtake. - Monitor digital marketing campaigns (impressions, CTR, ROAS, ACOS) to optimize ROI. - Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.). - Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution. - Analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market share, and campaign effectiveness. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the e-commerce team by setting clear goals and driving accountability. Who you are: - MBA (Tier-B school preferred) with 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce sales or managing large accounts. - Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and building strong platform relationships. - Hands-on experience with e-commerce management tools, dashboards, and inventory systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in BI/data analysis tools. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and result-oriented approach. - Collaborative, agile, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic market environment.
