**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to manage and grow our **e-commerce business operations**. The role involves overseeing online sales channels, managing product listings, optimizing user experience, coordinating digital marketing, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (company website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Handle product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory updates across marketplaces.
- Monitor online sales performance, KPIs, and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, campaigns, and SEO optimization.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Optimize customer experience, including website navigation, content, and user interface.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and suggest growth opportunities.
- Liaise with logistics, finance, and customer service teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies and regulations.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
