**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
- Manage and monitor **packaging activities** to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle **billing and invoice generation** through CRM software.
- Supervise and coordinate **dispatches**, ensuring accuracy and on-time deliveries.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory management.
- Ensure smooth coordination with the sales, accounts, and logistics teams.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline within the store.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency in store operations.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Age between **30-40 years**.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in store/inventory/dispatch management.
- Strong knowledge of **CRM and billing systems**.
- Ability to handle packaging and dispatch operations efficiently.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
