**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a **Store Incharge** to independently manage the medical device store operations at **Devine Meditech**. The role involves manual inventory maintenance, timely material movement, and ensuring accurate stock records, with an emphasis on cleanliness, compliance, and timely reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain manual records for incoming and outgoing stock (register entry, ledger maintenance).
- Receive, inspect, and store medical devices and surgical products like IOLs with proper labeling.
- Organize stock using FEFO (First Expiry First Out) or FIFO (First In First Out) methods.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage conditions (e.g., temperature, hygiene) as per medical norms.
- Issue material to production, sales, and dispatch teams as per request slips.
- Conduct **monthly and annual physical stock verification** and submit reports to management.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and notify for replenishment requirements.
- Maintain hardcopy records of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), dispatch challans, invoices, and gate passes.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Ensure all materials are stored in an organized, safe, and compliant manner.
- Prepare **manual stock and usage reports** (weekly/monthly/yearly) for internal audits.

**Eligibility & Skills Required**:

- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
- 3-5 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in a medical or manufacturing unit.
- Knowledge of manual stock register maintenance.
- Experience in handling sensitive and regulated medical products is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift/organize stock.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in manual reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
