**Job Overview**:
The **Store Incharge** will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring effective management of staff, inventory, customer service, and the overall store environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage daily store activities, and a focus on maintaining excellent customer service and sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Operations Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- **Staff Supervision**: Manage, motivate, and lead a team of sales associates and other store personnel. Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure stock levels are maintained, order new products as needed, and perform regular inventory checks. Manage stock organization and ensure that products are properly displayed and accessible.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and providing product recommendations. Lead by example to promote a customer-first mindset.
- **Sales Performance**: Drive sales and ensure store targets are met by optimizing product displays, implementing promotions, and training staff on sales techniques.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Oversee the layout, organization, and appearance of the store to ensure it aligns with company standards and enhances the customer shopping experience.
- **Cash Management**: Handle cash, process transactions, and ensure that daily sales reports and cash reconciliations are accurate.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure the store complies with all safety regulations, store policies, and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store.
- **Staff Training & Development**: Provide on-the-job training to new staff and assist in developing existing employees' skills to ensure optimal performance.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, staff performance, and other operational aspects to senior management.
- **Problem Solving**: Address operational issues, customer complaints, or other challenges promptly and effectively to maintain store operations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial practices (e.g., cash handling, sales reporting).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
