The Store In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the hotel's storeroom operations, ensuring the proper management and distribution of inventory. This role involves maintaining accurate records, overseeing the receipt and issuance of goods, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Store In-Charge plays a critical role in supporting the hotel's operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all stock items, including food, beverages, cleaning supplies, and other operational items.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- **Stock Receiving and Issuance**:

- Supervise the receipt of goods from suppliers, ensuring all items are accounted for and meet quality standards.
- Ensure proper storage of goods, adhering to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles.
- Issue stock items to various hotel departments as per requisition requests, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain updated inventory records in the hotel's inventory management system.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on stock levels, consumption rates, and inventory discrepancies to the Purchasing Manager or General Manager.
- **Supplier Coordination**:

- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply issues.
- Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to the Purchasing Manager.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that the storeroom complies with all health and safety regulations, including proper storage conditions and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular checks to prevent hazards and maintain a safe working environment.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and train store staff, ensuring they adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Schedule and manage the workload of store staff, ensuring efficient operations.
- **Cost Control**:

- Monitor inventory costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
- Assist in the preparation of the departmental budget and forecast inventory needs.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to departmental inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure their inventory needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
