**Job description**:
The Store in charge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction site store, including receiving, issuing, and tracking inventory, materials, and equipment. The role ensures that all materials required for construction projects are available, properly stored, and accounted for while maintaining accurate stock records.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Proficiency in various types of Material Handling.
- Adept in vendor management across all sorts of products, equipment’s& raw material relation to construction & engineering activities.
- Deft in handling vendor development & maintenance involving budgeting, procurement & material supply chain.
- Material receiving as per PO & Material handling.
- Making GRN & MIR note for received items.
- Prepare the material indent as per the need of the project from time to time & obtain approval for the mgt.
- Do take care of payment terms negotiation & payments follow up with finance department.
- Manpower handling in stores.

**REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Gender**:Male

**Industry Type**:Civil Construction

**Education**: Graduate/ MBA (Material Management)

**Experience**: A minimum of 05-10yrs experience working as a Store In charge on similar projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
