We are seeking a Store Incharge to efficiently manage and control materials at our real estate project sites. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day store operations, maintain records, and ensure timely availability of materials to support site progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and tools.
  • Maintain accurate stock registers (manual & computerized).
  • Issue materials as per indents and maintain proper documentation.
  • Conduct regular physical verification of stock and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the purchase and project teams for material requirements.
  • Ensure proper storage, stacking, and labeling of materials.
  • Monitor consumption to minimize wastage and pilferage.
  • Prepare daily / weekly / monthly stock reports.
  • Manage return of excess materials to vendors or central store.
  • Supervise loading/unloading and ensure safe material handling on site.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Graduate / Diploma in Civil / Material Management / Supply Chain preferred.
  • 38 years of experience in material or store management in construction / real estate projects.
  • Knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / ERP (if used) for stock management.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Must be organized, honest, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently at site level.
