**JOB PROFILE**
**Job Title : MFS National Key Account Executive**
**Department : MFS**
**Reports to : MT Head**
**Purpose**
This position is responsible for Key Accounts in MFS Channel along with CSD & Man Power Planning.
Maintaining relationships with key accounts and CSD and On-Boarding new Accounts to achieve profitable results along with expanding range in CSD to drive business results. Benchmarking competitors and suggesting business strategies for the growth of existing / new businesses line with the objective of achieving exponential growth and profitability. Work with the Man Power agency to optimise costs as well as key deliverables from the agency
**Principle Accountabilities**
- To achieve Monthly, quarterly and Annual Business Targets for his/her Key Accounts
- Building long term sustainable relationships with strategic account partners and negotiating favorable terms of trade with them.
- Coordinate with external agency to manage Inventory and product optimization
- Formulating effective sales policies and procedures specific to the ecommerce customers
- Ensuring Stock Availability and maintaining effective Fill-Rate in all accounts with reasonable forecasting accuracy
- Liaising with internal regional Sales teams to ensure brand penetration through central and regional teams
- Understanding of CSD ways of working and handling of the CSD relationship
- Working closely with the internal teams to optimise usage of manpower agency and the delivery on key KPIs of the agency( Attendance, Overall Positions filled, Promotion execution, Visibility Execution etc
- Creating strategies and making recommendation in driving strategic brand sales
- To ensure all receivables are in accordance with company policy
**Position requirements**
- Qualifications
- Graduate
- Experience
- 2 to 4 yrs in FMCG MFS/CSD account management is Compulsory
- Exposure to various sales channels is an added advantage
- Total experience of 5+ Years
- Knowledge
- Knowledge of MFS & CSD listing process & stock levels management
- High proficiency of the excel and data analytics
