
Administration & Operations Executive

**Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people**:
- **Greet and provide general support to visitors**:
- **Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures**:
- **Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities**:
- **Purchase materials and plan inventory**:
- **Acting as an info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, housekeeping, etc.**:
- **Handling office operations confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.**:
- **Manage administrative activities involving purchase of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, employee induction etc.**:
- **Taking care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, fixed asset control & inventory, office cleaning & inspection and office fit out & renovation**:
- **Prepare regular reports on expenses**
- **Proven work experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role**:
- **In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations**:
- **Hands on experience with MS Office**:
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:
- **Demonstrated strong organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks pro-actively.**:

- **Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices**
