**Job Title: Senior Operations Executive**

**Department: Operations**

**Reports To: Operations Manager**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, order processing, and warehouse activities.

2. Team Coordination
- Supervise and guide operations staff to achieve departmental KPIs.
- Conduct training sessions and performance reviews for team members.

3. Vendor and Partner Management
- Build and maintain relationships with transporters, suppliers, and other logistics partners.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to optimize costs and service quality.

4. Process Optimization
- Identify bottlenecks in the logistics process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics to forecast demand, optimize routes, and reduce operational costs.

5. Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure all operations comply with legal, safety, and company standards.
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to logistics, such as delays or damages.

6. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance metrics and present findings to management.
- Analyse data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Experience**

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

**Skills**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
