Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our E-commerce Operations team. Whether you are a fresher, recent graduate, or looking for an internship opportunity, this role will give you hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, online business management, and digital commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily order processing, dispatch coordination, and returns management.
  • Support in creating and updating product listings (content, images, pricing, etc.).
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
  • Help track sales, prepare reports, and analyze e-commerce performance.
  • Learn to work on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other online marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) for smooth workflow.
  • Provide support during promotional campaigns, offers, and product launches.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills preferred (training will be provided if needed).
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Final year student / Freshers from any stream (Business, Management, Commerce, or related field preferred).
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided.
  • Internship or entry-level candidates welcome.
