Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location:Noida
Department: Sales
Reports To: Team Leader
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell Herbal Chakra products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers effectively to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads to ensure successful closure.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign support and promotions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years in telesales or sales; experience in Ayurveda, wellness, or FMCG sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work target-driven and maintain a high level of motivation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
