**Job Title**:
Executive - Rental Property Acquisition & Tenant Management

**Position Overview**:
We are a real estate consulting firm specializing in helping property owners find suitable tenants for their rental properties. Our goal is to simplify the rental process for both landlords and tenants by offering a seamless and efficient service.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic **Executive - Rental Property Acquisition & Tenant Management** who will be responsible for identifying and meeting property owners who are looking to rent out their properties. The executive will collect property details, pitch our rental services, coordinate property showings, and ensure successful deal closures.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Property Owner Acquisition & Relationship Management**
- Identify and approach property owners who are renting out their properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners.
- Collect detailed information about the rental properties, including location, size, rent, amenities, and other key features.
- Explain our firm’s services, highlighting how we help find suitable tenants efficiently.
- Convince property owners to list their properties with our firm.

**2. Tenant Acquisition & Property Showings**
- Understand the tenant's requirements and match them with suitable rental properties.
- Show properties to potential tenants and provide necessary property details.
- Address tenant inquiries and clarify doubts regarding rental properties.

**3. Deal Closing & Coordination**
- Facilitate negotiations between property owners and tenants.
- Ensure smooth communication and assist in finalizing rental agreements.
- Follow up with both parties until the rental process is successfully completed.

**4. Market Research & Lead Generation**
- Conduct market research to identify rental property opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, online platforms, and referrals.
- Stay updated on local rental trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:
**1. Education**: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

**2. Experience**: 6 months - 1 year in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. Freshers with a growth mindset will be invited.

**3. Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with local real estate markets and trends.
- Ability to build relationships and persuade property owners effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the city for property visits and client meetings.
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or field marketing is an added advantage.
- Fluency in Hindi and working English.
