**Key Responsibilities**:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Actively seek out potential tenants through various channels like online listings, phone calls, walk-ins, and networking to generate leads.

**Property Tours**:
Conduct comprehensive tours of available units, highlighting key features and benefits while addressing tenant questions and concerns.

**Lease Negotiation**:
Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants, including rent price, move-in dates, security deposits, and special concessions.

**Lease Documentation**:
Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all necessary details are accurate and legally compliant.

**Move-In Coordination**:
Manage the move-in process, including scheduling key handovers, collecting deposits, and reviewing lease details with new tenants.

**Customer Service**:
Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

**Market Analysis**:
Stay informed about local market conditions, competitor activity, and current rental trends to optimize leasing strategies.

**Marketing and Advertising**:
Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote available units, including online listings, property signage, and social media engagement.

**Data Management**:
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, tenant information, and property availability within the company's CRM system.
