**Leasing and Commercial Executive - Job Description**

**Position Summary**:
The Leasing and Commercial Executive is responsible for overseeing leasing activities, negotiating terms, and ensuring that properties are leased to appropriate tenants while maximizing revenue. This role involves handling lease agreements, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with all leasing regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leasing and Tenant Management**:

- Identify and target potential tenants for leasing vacant spaces.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends and competitive rates.
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
- Prepare and review leasing documents such as agreements, proposals, and renewals.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all leases comply with local laws and regulations.
- Manage tenant onboarding, ensuring smooth transition and move-in processes.
- Maintain and strengthen tenant relationships to encourage lease renewals and minimize vacancies.
- **Commercial and Financial Management**:

- Monitor leasing performance and ensure it aligns with financial goals.
- Assist in preparing and executing financial forecasts, budgets, and rent collection strategies.
- Maximize property value through effective lease terms and tenant mix.
- Analyze property performance and suggest improvements to increase profitability.
- Provide recommendations on rental rates based on market conditions and asset value.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Keep up-to-date records of all lease agreements, financials, and tenant details.
- Generate regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance.

- **Marketing and Business Development**:

- Develop marketing strategies to promote available properties.
- Build relationships with real estate agents and brokers to maximize exposure for properties.
- Represent the organization in meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to generate business leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or commercial property management.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in leasing and property management software.
