Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Counseling & Student Interaction:
Provide detailed information about MBA and PGDM programs, admission criteria, eligibility requirements, and career opportunities to prospective students.

Recruitment & Outreach:
Participate in and represent the institution at educational fairs, webinars, workshops, and other recruitment events.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, educational consultants, and academic institutions.

Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract a diverse and qualified pool of applicants.

Application Review & Processing:
Collaborate with the admissions team to organize and conduct interviews, group discussions, and other evaluation activities.

Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of prospective students, inquiries, and admissions data in the institution's CRM system.

Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with admitted students to support them throughout the enrollment process.

Act as a liaison between students and various departments, such as financial aid, academic advising, and student services.

Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
Stay updated on trends in higher education, particularly in the MBA and PGDM sectors, to inform recruitment strategies.

Provide insights and feedback on program offerings, marketing materials, and communication strategies based on interactions with prospective students.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree in business, education, or counseling is preferred.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or related roles, preferably within higher education or business schools.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Familiarity with MBA/PGDM program structures and career outcomes.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
