**Job Description: Admission Counsellor**

**Position**: Admission Counsellor
**Location**: Bangalore (On-campus)
**Joining Requirement**: Immediate

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Counselling & Guidance**:

- Engage with prospective students and their parents to provide detailed information about the school's curriculum, admission process, and facilities.
- Address inquiries and concerns to assist in decision-making.
- **Walk-in Management**:

- Handle walk-in inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain records of walk-in details and follow up to convert leads into enrollments.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the admissions team and management to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
- **Documentation**:

- Assist in the completion of admission forms, fee payments, and other required documentation.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for all admission activities.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies for attracting prospective students.
- Support school events, open houses, and other admission-related activities.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (a degree in Education or Marketing is a plus).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in an educational institution as an Admission Counsellor or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries professionally and provide clear, concise information.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and basic CRM software (preferred).

**Additional Requirements**
- Must be willing to **relocate to the Bangalore campus**.
- Should be an **immediate joiner**.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
