**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end admission counseling process, including handling databases and generated leads.
- Conduct cold calling, provide counseling, guide documentation, and facilitate document collection.
- Understand students' needs and expectations to provide tailored guidance throughout the admission process.
- Call over 100 leads daily to identify and qualify prospective students.
- Meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets.
- Maintain and update records in the CRM system regularly.
- Handle inbound and outbound campaigns effectively.
- Collaborate with the management team to handle additional tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Any graduate degree.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in admission counseling or a similar role.
- **Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM management.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,333.00 per month
