Key Responsibilities:
**Sourcing & Talent Acquisition**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

**Screening & Selection**:
**Interview Process Management**:

- Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview scheduling and process flow.

**Offer Management**:

- Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring that all details are clear and competitive.
- Coordinate with the HR team to prepare contracts and ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies.

**Onboarding Support**:

- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure a seamless start for new employees.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and team dynamics.

**Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house) for 2 years
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
