SHOEGR is seeking an experienced and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, supporting the management team, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage document storage.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**:
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Manage calendars and ensure timely follow-ups and communications across departments.
- **Report & Document Preparation**:
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office tools.
- Assist in compiling data and generating periodic reports for management review.
- **Support Functions**:
- Assist senior management with various administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement processes.
- **Warehouse & Vendor Coordination**:
- Oversee warehouse management activities including inventory control and logistics.
- Coordinate with internal and external vendors to ensure seamless operations and efficient supply chain processes.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and other administrative tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Prior experience with warehouse management and vendor coordination is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
