**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Device a training plan to train the students on QA (Manual Testing, Automation testing, etc..) to crack QA fresher roles.
- Design and deliver content, PPTs, practice assessments, and Mock Tests.
- Deliver video lectures. Share your industry experience with learners.
- Take complete ownership of the successful completion of all the training modules.
- Skills
- Prior experience of 2+years in QA roles (1-year experience can be considered depending on skill set)
- Being a graduate from premier colleges like IITs, NITs would be an added advantage
- Working in top product companies or training institutes in the relevant field
- High empathy and a natural storyteller.
- Good communication skills.
- Native fluency in Telugu is an advantage

**Job Overview**
- Work Location: Hyderabad
- Salary: 7-10 LPA
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
- 10 AM to 7 PM

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
