**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of QA Engineers, and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure their professional growth
- Develop and implement testing strategies and plans for Salesforce platform releases, and ensure that testing activities are in compliance with established quality standards and procedures
- Participate in agile software development working closely with product owners and engineering peers within and across the scrum teams
- Collaborate with business users and development teams to identify and resolve any issues or defects
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data in Salesforce, and work with data analysts to resolve any data quality issues
- Participate in the development of new features and enhancements, and provide input on potential impact to existing functionality
- Prepare and communicate test results and recommendations to the Enterprise Applications Director and other key stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and improve our testing processes and tools, and recommend changes to ensure that they are aligned with the needs of our business

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on Salesforce platform testing
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its data model, security model, and customizations
- Experience with manual and automated testing, and knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of QA professionals
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
