Inviting applications for the role of QA Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across our organization. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage QA teams across Salesforce and EIT applications.
  • Define QA strategy, frameworks, and automation best practices.
  • Ensure end-to-end testing coverage (functional, regression, SIT, UAT, performance, and security).
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders for quality delivery.
  • Drive test governance, defect management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and scale QA Test CoE practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and innovation in testing.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant years of experience in automation engineering or related roles
  • ACCELQ (advanced): application model design, reusable actions, API chains, environments, CI.
  • Platforms: Salesforce (Apex triggers, LWC UI patterns, login flows/SSO), legacy .NET/Java web apps.
  • APIs: REST/SOAP, Postman/Newman, Swagger; auth (OAuth2/JWT), contract tests.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Azure DevOps or Jenkins/GitHub Actions; artifacts, gating, parallel runs.
  • Design: BDD/keyword modeling, abstraction, page/object model thinking, flakiness control.
  • Data/DB: SQL (Postgres/SQL Server/Oracle), seed/synthesize data safely.
  • Tooling: Git, Jira/Azure Boards, Docker basics, reporting (Allure/ACCELQ reports).
  • Leadership: roadmap, reviews, mentoring, stakeholder comms.
  • Finance , Billing & Revenue , Supply chain domain experience.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • 15+ years of QA/Testing experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Hands-on Salesforce testing expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud preferred).
  • Experience in testing across EIT systems (ERP, Data, Integrations, Automation).
  • Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and QA tools.
  • Proven experience in managing a Test CoE team with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
