Job description

**Job Summary**

Charms presently have offices at Chandigarh (HO), Mohali, Amritsar, Bathinda, South Delhi, West Delhi, Ludhiana, Khanna, Jalandhar, Moga and Mumbai with ongoing expansion plans.

We are looking for IT & Networking Executive for our Chandigarh Head Office.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Experience in configuring a network firewall, IT Machines and frameworks understanding.
- Experience with installation & troubleshooting of Linux & Windows operating systems.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Experience with establishing VPN for remote employees
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone or remote)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes.
- Manage ISP service providers.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve system issues.
- Maintaining and updating the IT stock record and details of hardware and other assets issued to employees.

**Desired Profile**:

- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as IT and Networking Technician or relevant position.
- Should possess good knowledge of hardware, software and firewall management.
- Should possess knowledge on Networking basics.
- Provide hardware level support.
- Knowledge of Excel and Word.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total work: 1 year (preferred)
