Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Administer and maintain Checkpoint firewalls, Aruba network devices, and ClearPass NAC systems.
- Monitor our global LAN and WAN infrastructure
- Work with out external SD WAN provider in the resolution of WAN line outage
- Troubleshoot and resolve zScaler Internet Access issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.
- Collaborate with international teams especially in Singapore and the German HQ
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and support resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Checkpoint firewall configuration and management
- Aruba switches, wireless infrastructure and clearpass NAC
- Zscaler cloud security platform
- Cisco routers (not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks and support cases with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
