Resolve minor computer issues faced by Users

Perform preventive maintenance for all users’ workstations as per schedule

Resolve issues related to mail delivery failures / connectivity

Prepare conference rooms for events, meetings by ensuring availability of projector, speakers and laptops

Ensure anti-virus is always updated on all computers

Resolve Wifi connectivity issues or slow internet speed

Technical Skills required:
Working Knowledge of Computer hardware: Monitor, CPU, Keyboard, mouse, cables, UPS, Printers, Projectors, Amplifiers, Mics, Sound Systems, security cameras and Photocopier.

Knowledge of installation of a new hardware listed above.

Knowledge of repair of hardware listed above.

Knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows, iOS and Linux.

Knowledge of software updation including anti-virus and Operating System.

Can install new software: freeware or licensed.

Knowledge of computer network, wifi, routers, Internet and Intranet.

Working knowledge of Word, Spreadsheet and Presentation.

CCTV cameras and DVR installation
