**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Generate Leads & Prospecting**: Identify and target potential clients in need of software or tech tools through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, tracking progress in CRM systems and ensuring a healthy pipeline.
- **Sales Reporting & Forecasting**: Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:1-2 years of proven experience in selling software solutions, SaaS, or tech tools, with a successful track record in business development and sales targets.
- **Sales Expertise**:Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on software and technology sales.
- **Communication Skills**:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex software features and benefits to non-technical clients.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Familiarity with software tools and solutions, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- **CRM & Sales Tools**:Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales processes and track customer data.
- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored software or tool solutions that solve business challenges.
- **Negotiation & Closing Skills**:Strong negotiation abilities with experience closing high-value deals in the software/tools industry.
- **Customer-Focused**:Passionate about building and maintaining long-term client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Self-Motivated & Results-Driven**:Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales goals, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
