We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help drive our business activities in the FinTech sector.
Roles
- **Set Sales Goals**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the FinTech market.
- **Participate in Events**: Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- **Generate Leads**: Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media channels.
- **Close Deals**: Negotiate and finalize contracts, addressing customer complaints and objections.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers in the FinTech space.
- Contact prospects to present and demonstrate our financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
- Prepare sales contracts and maintain detailed records of sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support.
**Skills Required**:
- Basic knowledge of the Stock Market/Financial Market and FinTech trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated track record of driving the sales process from planning to closure.
- Strong business sense and understanding of the FinTech industry.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and team collaboration skills.
