
Telesales/inside Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote solar and renewable energy products.
Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
Educate potential customers about solar solutions and their benefits.
Understand customer needs, provide suitable product recommendations, and close sales.
Maintain and update CRM records with lead status and follow-up details.
Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new solar products.
**Requirements**:
Experience: 1-3 years in telesales or inside sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related industries.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or Business background preferred).
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
