As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.

As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator andlistener with the professional, but friendly approach.

Telesales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
▪ Persuading customers to purchase

▪ Accurate record-keeping

▪ Error-free processing

▪ Lead generation

Location: Nagpur
- (MIHAN SEZ) & Gandhinagar, Gujrat.

Experience: 3 years products like (ERP/ HRMS/ CRM/ Document Management / Website

Development/ Mobile APP)

**Skill Requirements**:
Qualification of Telesales Executive:

- High school diploma or Diploma
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or

related field is preferred.
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation will be an added advantage.

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Mandatory Requirement**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- inside sales: 3 years (required)
- IT software sales: 3 years (required)
- Lead generation: 3 years (required)
- (ERP/ HRMS/ CRM/Website Development/ Mobile APP sales: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- fluent English (required)

**Location**:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra (required)
