**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive
**Location**: Noida
**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000 (In-hand, based on experience and performance)
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Mondays off based on performance)
**Office Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Dress Code**:

- Monday to Friday - Business Formals
- Saturday - Smart Casuals

We are looking for an energetic and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with working professionals to guide them toward the right upskilling opportunities through UG/PG programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals daily from the lead database (LeadSquared CRM)
- Identify the upskilling needs of prospects based on their career interests
- Provide detailed information about available programs via phone, video counseling, or in-person meetings
- Build a strong and consistent pipeline of potential students
- Ensure daily tasks and weekly/monthly enrollment targets are met
- Manage the complete sales funnel from cold calling to closing the admission

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Prior experience in ed-tech sales or telesales preferred
- Basic understanding of CRM tools
