**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch relevant products/services
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demos virtually
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
